Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous Trimming Specialist to join our cultivation team. This role is responsible for carefully trimming and manicuring cannabis plants to ensure a premium final product. The ideal candidate will have a steady hand, strong attention to detail, and a passion for the cannabis industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carefully trim and manicure cannabis plants to remove excess leaves and stems

• Maintain consistency and quality across all trimmed products

• Inspect plants for signs of disease, pests, or other issues and report findings

• Ensure all tools and workspaces are kept clean and sanitized

• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals

• Collaborate with the cultivation team to optimize trimming processes

• Adhere to all company policies and state regulations regarding cannabis handling

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in cannabis trimming or a similar role preferred

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

• Ability to obtain Agent ID Card through the State of Missouri

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Basic understanding of cannabis plant anatomy and cultivation practices

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time

Physical and Mental Demands:

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is consistently required to remain stationary and standing for several hours at a time; they are also required to maneuver throughout the facility, and to work with different tools, machines, and shipments - occasionally being asked to lift up to 25 lbs. The employee will also be required to focus on and observe multiple processes throughout their shift. The employee must be prepared to work in varying temperatures - to include both hot and cold - throughout the facility.
